expressing

from MUT's may 20 short form show
(shirlnutkin crouched in shame - in a fun way!)

being EXPRESSIVE ... for my 2013 regroup goals (via chris brogan's 3 words), i chose for myself  -

deliberate ... "i am clear, purposeful, and committed in decision-making. i am present to recognize and engage in opportunities supportive of my big story/vision."

expressive ... "through writing, speaking, drawing, and performing, i am the person who reflects, shares, communicates, and entertains myself and others about what i believe of my big story/vision."

shift ... "i recognize and create those events and activities that bring change supportive of my big story/vision"

i draw from all three to capture opportunities for being expressive - about those people, places, and things that i find interesting, puzzling, offensive, boring, inspiring, ... name it! and for now, i blog, write, speak, draw, and perform. why? because it's about being present.
