  • What turns you on (creatively, spiritually or emotionally)? art, any kind.
  • What turns you off? arrogance.
  • What sound or noise do you love? waves crashing.
  • What sound or noise do you hate? metal scraping against metal.
  • What is your favorite curse word? motherfucking shit.
  • Who would you like to see on a new banknote? my mama.
  • What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? a national geographic photographer.
  • What profession other than your own would you not like to attempt? astronaut.
  • If you were reincarnated as some other plant or animal, what would it be? koala, all they do is sleep and eat.
  • If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? How would you like your steak: medium, medium well, or medium rare?

  • What is your favorite healthmonth rule (whether or not you follow it), and why? eating fruit 7 days a week ... because i love my fujis and bananas
  • What is your least favorite healthmonth rule (whether or not you follow it), and why? exercising for 30 min at least 5 days a week ... because i hate going to the gym, but it's the only way to get my fat ass to exercise during the day. ugh. i'm doing poorly though.
  • What is your healthy natural high? eating homemade meals for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner.
  • What do the voices in your head yell when you meet 100% of your daily goals? hurrah you go girl!
  • What do the voices in your head yell when you do not meet 100% of your daily goals? that's why you're fat!
  • What sound or noise do you love when you exercise? listening to house music on my iphone.
  • What sound or noise do you hate when you exercise? the sound of other people panting or grunting, yuck!
  • What is your favorite curse word when you lose a life? motherfucking shit.
  • Who/What would you like to see as a new healthmonth spirit animal? cheetah.
  • What athlete, exercise-guru, health-lifestyle-guru and/or health-philosophy(ies) do you like, have a crush on, love, or want to marry? rachel ray, but a close second would be any soccer player from the Brazilian World Cup team.
  • What athlete, exercise-guru, healthy-lifestyle-guru, or woo-woo-guru (i.e., a REAL person) would you like to kick in the shins, e.g., could live without, don't like, think s/he sucks, etc.? (don't worry, we'll get karma points back.) Oprah.
  • If after you lost a few karma points for kicking someone in the shins (see above question), what would be the plant or animal you would you like to be reincarnated as? koala.

  1. we should have compared our goals for this month. So far, I was able to exercise 5 days/week. running 60 miles by the end of the week if i keep my gym schedule. only if i could eat less and healthier. i have a little trinket for you for health month via inter-office mail.

  2. hey anon! ... i know you! thanks for visiting. consider joining healthmonth! it is really fun. reads/sounds like alot of work, but it really isn't. check out a previous post on goal-setting that includes a reference to health month.
